Our overall experience dealing with Sharp Web Tools was excellent. We had no previous experience in dealing with creating a website or the concept of search engine optimization.
Lori did a great job of explaining how the system works and how her firm could improve our presence on the web.
In retrospect, I particularly liked the way she walked us through the process very deliberately, step by step, extracting the information about our products and services that needed to appear on the website. The final result was amazing!
